Responsibilities
- Conduct physical inspections and verification of assets
- Execute asset tagging and labelling activities
- Capture and maintain GIS coordinates for physical assets
- Perform asset criticality assessments and risk ranking
- Develop preventive maintenance plans
- Configure asset hierarchies in IBM Maximo
- Upload, validate, and maintain asset data within the EAMS
- Set up work orders and preventive maintenance schedules
- Support the configuration and maintenance of KPI dashboards
- Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and quality of asset information
Requirements
- 3 5 years of relevant professional experience
- Experience conducting physical asset verification and inspection
- Experience performing asset tagging and labelling
- Experience capturing and maintaining GIS coordinates for physical assets
- Experience performing asset criticality assessments and risk ranking
- Experience developing preventive maintenance plans
- Hands on experience with IBM Maximo
- Experience configuring asset hierarchies and uploading/validating asset data within IBM Maximo
- Experience setting up work orders and preventive maintenance schedules
- Experience configuring or supporting KPI dashboards
- Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken)
