Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of real estate and hospitality assets across multiple geographies
- Monitor asset performance against business plans, budgets, and investment objectives
- Identify and execute value creation initiatives to enhance operational and financial performance
- Work closely with operating partners, property managers, hotel operators, and external advisors
- Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and business planning processes
- Conduct financial analysis, asset level modelling, and performance reporting for senior management and investment committees
- Support acquisitions, disposals, refinancing, and redevelopment initiatives where required
- Monitor market trends, competitive positioning, and sector dynamics to inform asset strategy
- Prepare investment and asset management materials for internal stakeholders and investors
Requirements
- 5 7 years of experience within asset management, investments, real estate private equity, hospitality investment, or related field
- Strong understanding of real estate and hospitality asset classes
- Experience managing asset performance and implementing value creation strategies
- Advanced financial modelling and analytical capabilities
- Ability to engage effectively with operators, consultants, lenders, and other external stakeholders
- Strong commercial judgement and problem solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, Business, or related discipline

Overview
- A newly established investment platform with an international investment mandate is seeking an Asset Manager to join its growing team in Dubai.
- The platform invests across real estate and hospitality assets globally and is building a high performing team to support its expansion across key international markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of real estate and hospitality assets across multiple geographies.
- Monitor asset performance against business plans, budgets, and investment objectives.
