Position Overview: This Program Manager (under the City's classification title of Manager 2- Information Technology) leads SDOT’s Asset & Performance Management portfolio within the Technology & Innovation team. The role is accountable for strategy, people leadership, and delivery of enterprise asset management capabilities across SDOT. Responsibilities include driving system modernization, advancing asset data stewardship, embedding lifecycle cost analysis and risk-based decision-making, and ensuring integration with GIS and analytics to produce transparent, actionable performance insights for executives, City Council, and the public. The position reports to the Data & GIS Manager.
