Role overview
Precision Turbo and Engine is seeking an entry-level Assembler for its assembly team.
The role performs repetitive bench and assembly-line operations to produce turbochargers and boost control products and prepare components for production.
Compensation
- The starting hourly rate is $17.50 to $18.50.
- Benefits include a package with 401(k) and paid time off from the first day of hire.
Schedule
- The role is Monday through Friday on the day shift, with rare overtime required.
Responsibilities
- Follow turbocharger assembly instructions and manufacturing process work instructions.
- Fasten parts, inspect components and assemblies, and follow component handling procedures.
- Operate VSR and component balancers and perform fault analysis and corrective action identification.
- Work across different stations and production lines as needed.
- Document turbochargers, including serialization, and perform assigned assembly tasks.
- Monitor component inventory and coordinate with subcontractors for finished materials.
- Report nonconforming parts and conduct final inspections.
