Responsibilities
- Prepare and bake sourdough bread, babka, cinnamon rolls, cookies, croissant, and specialty pastries
- Maintain consistency, quality, and presentation in a fast paced production environment
- Scale recipes and manage batch production to minimize waste
- Ensure food safety, hygiene, and kitchen organization
- Collaborate with the kitchen team and work independently as needed
Requirements

Position Overview
- Position: Artisan Baker
- We're looking for a passionate and skilled Artisan Baker to join our team for a new drive thru café launching in October.
- Start Date: Mid September to early October
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of professional baking experience.
- Experienced in preparing and baking: Sourdough bread, Babka, Cinnamon rolls, Cookies, Croissant, Specialty pastries and laminated or enriched doughs.
- Strong understanding of dough fermentation, proofing, baking techniques, and ingredient functionality.
- Able to maintain consistency, quality, and presentation in a fast paced production environment.
- Experience with recipe scaling, batch production, and minimizing waste.
- Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen organization.

- Passionate about keeping up with bakery trends and continuously improving products.
- Comfortable working early morning shifts when required.
Preferred
- Experience in specialty cafés, artisan bakeries, or high volume bakeries.
- Ability to contribute ideas for seasonal and limited edition baked goods.
- Experience with menu development and recipe refinement is an advantage.
Compensation
- Pay: From AED 1,500.00 per month
