Role overview

The client is seeking a hands-on Artificial Intelligence Specialist to identify, build, and deploy practical AI solutions.

The role translates business needs into technical solutions and includes building the solutions that are scoped.

Contract term

  • The contract has an initial term of two months, with potential transition to a multi-year program if successful.

AI solution development

  • Build retrieval-augmented generation applications and custom AI solutions.
  • Develop AI-enabled solutions with Copilot Studio, Power Automate, and Power Apps.
  • Prototype and deploy solutions with AI coding tools such as Codex and Claude Code.
  • Build and iterate on AI agents and agentic workflows.

Automation and integrations

  • Map client workflows, systems, and data to identify automation opportunities.
  • Integrate platforms, data flows, CRM tools, marketing systems, and other business applications.
  • Build AI-powered automation for research, content generation, outreach, and operational workflows.

Advisory and enablement

  • Advise teams on effective use of ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Microsoft Copilot.
  • Train users and create documentation so solutions remain sustainable after implementation.

Qualifications

  • Two to four or more years of experience developing, implementing, configuring, or supporting technology platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with AI-enabled platforms such as Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Salesforce Einstein, or Agentforce.
  • Practical experience with generative AI tools and AI coding agents.
  • Strong understanding of integrations, data management, APIs, and automation.
  • Ability to run discovery sessions and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Valuable experience

  • Experience with Power Platform, Salesforce, RAG architecture, AI agents, automation, and AI-assisted software development is highly valuable.
