Responsibilities
- Work with cross functional teams to identify and apply AI solutions to operational workflows and processes.
- Analyze workflows to define problems and identify and prioritize AI use cases based on value, impact, feasibility, and risk.
- Coordinate AI solutions by documenting requirements and supporting design, configuration, and rollout with cross functional teams.
- Contribute to business cases, cost benefit analyses, and implementation plans.
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and monitor usage and performance of AI enabled tools to identify improvement opportunities.
- Help build user confidence and capability with AI enabled tools through training, guidance, and ongoing support.
- Stay informed on emerging AI technologies and contribute to the evaluation and recommendation of tools and platforms.
Requirements
- Degree or diploma in information management, information technology, business administration, computing science, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience
- 3 5 years of progressive experience in a related field
- Demonstrated fluency with AI enabled tools; experience applying these tools in business contexts is an asset
- Demonstrated business acumen and understanding of how AI solutions support operational workflows
- Strong communication, collaboration, and influencing skills
- Understanding of business process mapping and requirements documentation
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills

Qualifications

- Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to interpret information, identify patterns, and develop effective solutions.
