Responsibilities
- Formulate recommendations to optimize business processes through AI and automation
- Prepare clear, workflow rooted problem statements and intake submissions for AI opportunities
- Identify, evaluate, and prioritize AI use cases that deliver measurable business value and operational efficiency
- Coordinate AI solution assignments including documenting user and system requirements
- Support early stage adoption activities including readiness, user guidance, and capturing feedback
- Collaborate with teams to support design, configuration, and rollout of AI enabled tools and workflows
- Develop business cases, cost benefit analyses, and implementation plans for AI initiatives
- Plan and support user acceptance testing for new AI enabled systems and enhancements
- Monitor usage and performance of AI enabled tools, identifying friction points and opportunities to enhance adoption
- Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and teams to ensure clarity, alignment, and timely delivery
- Track performance metrics, analyze ROI, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement
- Stay informed on emerging AI technologies and recommend tools or platforms to enhance digital capabilities
Requirements
- Technical fluency with AI enabled tools, prompts, and low/no code configuration is an asset
- Possess business acumen and understanding of how to incorporate AI solutions that positively contribute to business operations
- Effective visual, verbal and written communication skills
- Strong ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
- Proven ability to influence and gain buy in from stakeholders using data driven insights
- Strong understanding of business process mapping and requirements documentation
- Ability to translate business needs into actionable AI solutions
- Ability to think logically and analytically, interpret and solve problems with attention to detail
- Organizational and time management skills, with ability to multitask and prioritize own work
