- Work with cross functional teams to identify and apply AI solutions to operational workflows and processes
- Analyze workflows to define problems and prioritize AI use cases based on value, impact, feasibility, and risk
- Coordinate AI solutions by documenting requirements and supporting design, configuration, and rollout
- Contribute to business cases, cost benefit analyses, and implementation plans
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and monitor usage and performance of AI enabled tools
- Help build user confidence and capability with AI enabled tools through training and support
- Stay informed on emerging AI technologies and contribute to evaluation and recommendation of tools and platforms
Requirements
- Degree or diploma in information management, information technology, business administration, computing science, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience
- 3 5 years of progressive experience in a related field
- Demonstrated fluency with AI enabled tools
- Strong communication, collaboration, and influencing skills
- Understanding of business process mapping and requirements documentation
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills

- Helping build user confidence and capability with AI enabled tools through training, guidance, and ongoing support.
- Staying informed on emerging AI technologies and contributing to the evaluation and recommendation of tools and platforms.
Qualifications
- Degree or diploma in information management, information technology, business administration, computing science, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
- 3 5 years of progressive experience in a related field.
- Demonstrated fluency with AI enabled tools; experience applying these tools in business contexts is an asset.
- Demonstrated business acumen and an understanding of how AI solutions support and optimize operational workflows and outcomes.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and influencing skills, with the ability to clearly translate complex technical concepts and support data driven decision making.
- Understanding of business process mapping and requirements documentation, with the ability to translate business needs into actionable AI enabled solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to interpret information, identify patterns, and develop effective solutions.
Compensation
- Estimated salary range: CAD 77,500 CAD 100,000 per year based on experience and qualifications.
