Job Summary
The AI Marketing Manager will lead digital marketing campaigns using AI tools to improve content creation, advertising performance, customer engagement, and brand growth.
The ideal candidate understands beauty/fashion marketing trends and knows how to use AI to scale marketing efforts efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute AI-powered marketing campaigns for perfume products
- Create and optimize content for social media, email marketing, paid ads, and website campaigns
- Use AI tools to generate creative ad concepts, product descriptions, captions, and campaign ideas
- Manage Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other social platforms
- Oversee influencer and creator marketing campaigns
- Analyze marketing performance metrics and improve ROI
- Build automated customer journeys and email flows
- Collaborate with creative and product teams on launches and promotions
- Stay updated on fragrance, beauty, fashion, and AI marketing trends
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in beauty, fashion, skincare, or fragrance industries
- Strong understanding of AI marketing tools and automation platforms
- Experience with Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, Shopify, Klaviyo, Canva, ChatGPT, or similar tools
- Strong copywriting and creative storytelling skills
- Knowledge of social media growth strategies and influencer marketing
- Ability to analyze campaign data and optimize performance
- Passion for luxury branding, perfumes, and beauty trends
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience marketing luxury or lifestyle products
- Familiarity with e-commerce and conversion optimization
- Experience creating viral or high-engagement social campaigns
- Knowledge of content creation tools and AI-generated creatives
