About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant with strong experience in Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable to join our finance team. You will manage daily accounting transactions, maintain accurate financial records, and ensure timely processing of payments.

Responsibilities
- Manage the full Accounts Receivable cycle, including invoicing, collections, and payment reconciliation
- Process Accounts Payable invoices, verify supporting documents, and prepare payments
- Reconcile customer and vendor accounts and resolve discrepancies
- Monitor outstanding receivables and follow up on overdue accounts
- Prepare bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records
- Assist with month end and year end closing activities
- Support the preparation of financial reports and audits
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
- Collaborate with internal departments and external vendors to resolve billing and payment issues
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum 2 5 years of accounting experience with a focus on Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle, Zoho Books, or similar ERP systems)
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

Job Overview
