Responsibilities
- Identify and approach small business owners in Dubai who could benefit from AI tools — F&B, clinics, trade services, retail, logistics
- Have exploratory conversations about their operations — not pitching, just listening and qualifying
- Introduce the AI Tools Assessment and book a discovery call with the founder
- Follow up with warm leads and manage your own pipeline
- Represent the company at networking events, co working spaces, and industry meetups
- Work closely with the founder to refine the pitch based on real market feedback
Requirements
- Based in Dubai with an existing network of business owners or corporate contacts
- Background in tech sales, SaaS, digital marketing, consulting, or business development
- Understands AI tools at a basic level — ChatGPT, automation, chatbots — and can speak confidently about the value they create
- Self motivated and comfortable working independently without a fixed salary
- Arabic speaker preferred — significant advantage for reaching Arabic speaking business owners
- Has existing relationships in any of these verticals: F&B, real estate, healthcare, facilities management, retail
- Someone who wants to be part of building something from the ground up — not just a commission agent

About the opportunity
- We are a Dubai based AI consultancy helping small and medium businesses adopt AI tools to save time, reduce costs, and grow faster.
- Our core offer is a structured AI Tools Assessment — a 45 minute diagnostic session that identifies exactly where AI can save a business 5+ hours per week.
- We are looking for a Business Development Partner who can open doors to small business owners across Dubai — restaurants, clinics, trade companies, retail, real estate agencies — and introduce our service.
- This is a commission based role with uncapped earning potential, structured around results not hours.
- You do not need to be technical. You need to know people, understand business pain, and be able to have a genuine conversation about how a business runs.
What you will do

Who we are looking for

Compensation — commission structure
- 20–25% commission
- On every contract you bring in — assessment fees and implementation projects.
- Paid on receipt of client payment.
- No cap on earnings.
