Responsibilities
- Maintain company accounts using QuickBooks
- Record journal entries and maintain accurate double entry bookkeeping
- Prepare monthly financial reports and account reconciliations
- Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Prepare, issue, and reconcile customer invoices
- Follow up outstanding payments and customer statements
- Perform bank, supplier, and customer reconciliations
- Prepare salary sheets, overtime calculations, payroll summaries, and staff deductions
- Maintain staff attendance records and coordinate payroll data
- Prepare and assist with VAT filing and maintain VAT records
- Maintain petty cash records and expense tracking
- Support procurement documentation and supplier coordination
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years UAE experience in accounting
- Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks
- Excellent understanding of double entry accounting, journal entries, accounts receivable & payable, bank reconciliation, invoice reconciliation, payroll processing, overtime calculations, attendance management, and VAT filing
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Experience in construction, maintenance, manufacturing, or fit out companies is highly preferred
- Must be currently based in the UAE

Job Overview
- A growing joinery, interior fit out, renovation, and maintenance company is looking for a reliable and detail oriented Accountant & Operations Executive to join our team.
- This is a hands on role where you will be responsible for managing the company's day to day accounting functions while also supporting operations, administration, and customer coordination.
Accounting & Finance
- Maintain company accounts using QuickBooks
- Record journal entries and maintain accurate double entry bookkeeping
- Prepare monthly financial reports and account reconciliations
- Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Prepare, issue, and reconcile customer invoices
- Follow up outstanding payments and customer statements
- Perform bank, supplier, and customer reconciliations
- Prepare salary sheets, overtime calculations, payroll summaries, and staff deductions
- Maintain staff attendance records and coordinate payroll data
- Prepare and assist with VAT filing and maintain VAT records
- Maintain petty cash records and expense tracking
- Assist management with budgeting, cash flow monitoring, and financial reporting
Operations & Administration
- Maintain organized records of quotations, invoices, LPOs, contracts, and project files
- Support procurement documentation and supplier coordination
- Coordinate with operations, warehouse, and site teams
- Handle customer calls, WhatsApp messages, and email correspondence when required
- Assist with scheduling, document preparation, and general office administration
- Ensure company records and documentation remain accurate and up to date
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years UAE experience in accounting
- Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks
- Excellent understanding of double entry accounting, journal entries, accounts receivable & payable, bank reconciliation, invoice reconciliation, payroll processing, overtime calculations, attendance management, and VAT filing

Pay
- AED 2,000 AED 5,000 per month
