Role Overview
The employer is hiring an Area Manager for Qatar QSR operations.
The role oversees multiple restaurant outlets, operational excellence, business targets, service consistency, and brand standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee multiple QSR outlets within the assigned area.
- Drive sales, revenue, profitability, and operational performance.
- Monitor outlet KPIs, including sales, labor cost, food cost, wastage, and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, food safety, hygiene, quality, and service standards.
- Lead, coach, and develop Restaurant Managers and outlet teams.
- Conduct regular outlet visits and performance reviews.
- Identify operational gaps and implement corrective and improvement action plans.
- Control operating costs and improve overall outlet profitability.
- Ensure excellent customer experience and resolve escalated customer complaints.
- Coordinate with HR, Finance, Supply Chain, Marketing, and Operations teams.
- Support new outlet openings and smooth operational launches.
- Prepare regular sales and operational performance reports for management.
Requirements
- At least 3–5 years of experience in QSR or F&B operations, preferably in an Area Manager or similar multi-unit role.
