About the Role
Mashreq is looking for an Area Manager for its Mashreq Gold segment to drive business growth, manage sales teams, and oversee client acquisition and retention in Abu Dhabi. - Support capability upskilling, coaching and mentoring Gold RMs

- Take responsibility for CX and propose solutions for streamlining processes
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure end to end solutions for Mashreq Gold clients
- Lead business acquisition and retention strategies across assigned Mashreq Gold Centres
- Develop integrated portfolio management plans and ensure implementation
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Banking or a related major field of study
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in Banking/Financial services across Priority banking products sales, preferably at least 3 years in a similar role

Role Overview
- The role holder will develop, implement & monitor business growth for the Mashreq Gold. This role is a key enabler, ensuring & proactively leading an integrated sales team and portfolio managers to support Mashreq Gold acquisition and retention strategies, revenue lines and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Managing sales performance against budget and addressing productivity issues
- Identifying potential business opportunities
- Supporting capability upskilling
- Coaching and Mentoring Gold RMs
- Hiring, training and retaining talent
- Monitor and drive productivity in line with business goals and requirements
- Take responsibility for CX and propose solutions for streamlining of processes
- Collaborating with stakeholders such as (Mashreq Gold Planning & Support, Mashreq Gold product Advisory compliance, credit, product teams, CX etc.) to ensure end to end solutions are offered to Mashreq Gold clients
- Drives the Mashreq Gold RMs and mentors them towards the execution of Mashreq Gold acquisition and retention strategies
- Achieves Sales and Service Targets by centre in line with Mashreq Gold UAE budget.
- Conducts regular business reviews to ensure adequate business tracking
- Oversee and provides guidance to RMs throughout the sales process
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Banking or a related major field of study is required
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in Banking/Financial services across Priority banking products sales, preferably at least 3 years in a similar role
- SCA Qualified
