- Manage and supervise daily kitchen operations across assigned outlets
- Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation of all Asian cuisine menu offerings
- Develop, standardize, and update recipes, menus, and food costing
- Monitor food costs, inventory, wastage, and profitability targets
- Lead, train, and mentor kitchen teams to achieve high performance standards
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and government regulations
- Collaborate with Operations and Purchasing teams for efficient kitchen management
- Review customer feedback and implement continuous improvements
- Drive menu innovation and research & development of new Asian dishes
- Prepare operational reports, forecasts, and budgets as required
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Area Chef, Executive Chef, Head Chef, or similar leadership role
- Strong expertise in Asian Cuisine, including menu development and large scale kitchen operations
- Excellent knowledge of food costing, inventory management, and kitchen administration
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills
- Thorough understanding of HACCP, food safety, and hygiene standards
- Ability to manage multiple outlets and work in a fast paced hospitality environment

Job Summary

- The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining food quality, menu innovation, cost control, staff development, and operational excellence while ensuring compliance with company standards and food safety regulations.
