Job Description
- To ensure the organized, secure, and efficient management of records and documents by implementing approved archiving systems, facilitating retrieval, maintaining confidentiality, and contributing to the continuous improvement of archiving procedures to support organizational efficiency and complian
Key Responsibilities

Minimum Qualification
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Diploma in Archival studies is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in information management, Library Science, Archival Studies, or a related field.
Preferred Qualification
- 0 – 1 Years of experience.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to work independently or as part of a team, technical skills (database management, digital archiving), strong communication skills.
- Knowledge of traditional and digital archiving systems, relevant laws and regulations, preservation standards, and professional ethics.
