- Prepare lists of international invitees and send invitations
- Archive, evaluate, and follow up on international agreements
- Define international partners and update database of state officials
- Coordinate with units to update cultural and international relations information on the university website
- Coordinate media coverage of international conferences and symposia

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing or International Relations
- Ability to travel for attending/organizing international events

Job Description
- Developing plans that encourage and create educational and cultural opportunities with external parties for various groups at the United Arab Emirates University
- Preparing visit programs for international delegations and guests to the university and reception procedures in coordination with concerned departments/units
- Coordinating with relevant authorities for preparation and organization of international conferences and symposia
- Developing plans that contribute to making international partnerships and creating training opportunities for different groups at UAE University
- Participating in developing initiatives to promote the university internationally and following up their implementation
- Participating in developing plans to participate in international academic exhibitions and conferences
- Exploring local, regional and international situations to exploit opportunities to enhance the role of the university and contribute to developing international community
- Preparing lists of international invitees for university events and sending invitations in a timely manner
- Participating in archiving, evaluating and following up on international agreements
- Defining international partners and preparing and updating a database that includes the names of state officials
- Coordinating with concerned units to update information of cultural and international relations on the university's website
- Coordinating with concerned units for media coverage of international conferences and symposia in which the university participates
Minimum Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree (Marketing, International Relations)
