About the Role
POE Pioneers of Experts Engineering Consultants seeks an Architectural/Interior Design Inspector with 10+ years of experience, including 7 years in supervision of architectural finishes and 5 years in Dubai.

Responsibilities
- Inspect and monitor architectural and interior fit out works to ensure compliance with approved drawings, project specifications, contract requirements, and quality standards
- Supervise finishing works, including flooring, wall finishes, ceilings, painting, joinery, doors, windows, glazing, and other architectural elements
- Ensure all architectural and ID works are executed in accordance with approved shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements
- Identify non conforming works and issue inspection comments, ensuring timely corrective actions
- Coordinate with Resident Engineer, contractors, subcontractors, and other disciplines to resolve site related issues
- Review and witness material installations and mock ups to verify compliance
- Prepare daily inspection reports, site observations, snagging lists, and progress updates
- Monitor workmanship, quality, and safety practices during construction activities
- Participate in inspections, testing, commissioning, and project handover processes
- Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality regulations, project quality requirements, and consultant procedures
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum 10 years of total professional experience
- At least 7 years of experience in supervision and inspection of architectural finishes for building projects
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Dubai working with engineering consultancy offices
- Strong knowledge of Dubai Municipality regulations, local authority requirements, and industry standards
- Excellent communication, coordination, and reporting skills
- Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office applications
- Familiarity with QA/QC procedures and inspection documentation
- Strong attention to detail with excellent problem solving and coordination skills
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary supervision team
