Architectural Engineer
- POE Engineering Consultants is seeking an experienced Architectural Engineer with a proven track record in regulatory authority submissions and master developer coordination within the Dubai market to join our Design Department.
KEY EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- Regulatory & Approvals Authorities: Specifically Dubai Municipality (DM), Dubai Development Authority (DDA), Trakhees
- Master Developers: Nakheel, Emaar, Service Authorities, Dubai Holding and similar entities
- Roads & Transport Authority (RTA), Dubai Civil Defence (DCD)
Education & Experience
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Architecture from an accredited university.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience within an engineering consultancy environment in Dubai.
Technical Skills
- High proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.
Soft Skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with government entities.
Languages
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); Arabic language skills are considered an advantage.
