About the Role
A leading Engineering Consulting Office in Medina is seeking an Architectural Design Engineer / Technical Office Engineer to develop architectural designs, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, and support project delivery.

Responsibilities
- Prepare and develop architectural designs, drawings, and construction documents in accordance with project requirements and applicable codes and standards
- Produce and review architectural plans, elevations, sections, details, and specifications
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including structural, MEP, and project management disciplines to ensure design integration and compliance
- Review shop drawings, material submittals, and technical submissions from contractors
- Support the Technical Office function through quantity take offs, BOQ reviews, and technical documentation management
- Participate in design reviews and value engineering exercises to optimize project outcomes
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, municipality requirements, and client standards
- Assist in resolving technical and design related issues during project execution
- Prepare technical reports, presentations, and project correspondence as required
- Maintain project documentation and records throughout the project lifecycle
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering
- Minimum 2 4 years of relevant experience within engineering consultancy firms
- Proven experience in architectural design and technical office functions
- Strong knowledge of architectural standards, construction methodologies, and detailing
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Microsoft Office applications
- Experience with BIM environments is an advantage
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem solving skills

Job Overview
