About the Role
Parfums Christian Dior seeks a Travel Retail Architect Specialist to support retail projects in Dubai. The role combines project management and architectural design, leading flagship projects as Project Manager and B/C projects as Design Specialist.

Responsibilities
- Lead flagship projects end to end as Project Manager, from scope definition through execution, handover, and post opening review
- Manage B and C projects as Design Specialist, producing and adapting technical design packages for implementation
- Translate design concepts into construction ready packages, taking into account feasibility, local regulations, and technical constraints
- Produce architectural plans, layouts, and technical documentation aligned with creative briefs, brand guidelines, and operational requirements
- Review and validate drawings, materials, finishes, and technical solutions to ensure quality, durability, and brand consistency
- Support material and finish selection in line with aesthetic, functional, and cost objectives
- Coordinate with HQ architecture, purchaser, visual merchandising, construction, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project delivery
- Act as the main point of contact for key stakeholders on projects, driving accountability across the full project chain
- Support tendering, procurement, site follow up, and implementation activities across all project types
- Identify project risks, resolve technical issues, propose solutions, and adapt plans as needed to maintain timelines and quality standards
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, verify compliance with design intent, and prepare reports for HQ
- Oversee execution quality and provide technical follow up
Requirements
- Architect with 4 5 years of experience in retail design, ideally within the beauty and cosmetics industry
- Strong knowledge in AutoCAD, Sketchup, Microsoft Office packages, Adobe Suite
- Strong understanding of general contracting works, with ability to follow boutique construction and support site execution
- Design and quality oriented, with a strong eye for detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrates ownership and accountability from project initiation through completion
- Able to work in a fast paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Position Overview
- The Travel Retail Architect Specialist supports the development and delivery of Travel Retail Dior Parfums retail projects across different store formats and levels of complexity.
- This role combines strategic project management capabilities with strong architectural and technical design expertise.
- For flagship projects, acts as Project Manager; for B and C projects, acts as Design Specialist.
