Job Summary
We are seeking a senior and detail-oriented architect Landscape Design Manager with 10–15 years of experience in UAE to lead and execute comprehensive landscape projects from concept to completion.
The role requires expertise in both softscape and hardscape, combining creative design, landscape knowledge with project management skills.
The candidate will oversee all aspects of planning, design, submissions, approvals, implementation, and the maintain a diverse landscaping initiatives, ensuring they meet high development standards, contracting guidelines, and client expectations.
As a key candidate will consume the role to manage a teams, coordinate with clients and contractors, and deliver timely, higher slandered methods that are up to date.

Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end **design process** for landscape projects, integrating principles of landscape, and hardscape design.
- Manage **project timelines, budgets, and resources**, ensuring high-quality, and efficient execution.
- Oversee teams; provide mentorship, guidance, and performance management to foster successful completion of tasks.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, provide expert recommendations, and present clear, compelling design proposals on time.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations related to construction, irrigation installation, environmental standards, and landscaping standards.
- Conduct **site inspections** regularly monitor progress, resolve issues promptly, and maintain landscape excellence across all projects.
- Drive innovation in both **softscape and hardscape design**, ensuring each project meets aesthetic, functional, and sustainability goals.
Qualifications
- **10–15 years of proven experience** in landscape design and maintenance management.
- Strong **managerial experience** leading teams in landscaping, horticulture, or construction environments.
- Expertise in **t**eam leading, design concepts, time management and efficiency.
- Deep knowledge of Auto-cad, RIVET, BIM and planning.
