Location
- The position is located in Alkhomra, Jeddah.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum two years of work experience is required.
- A bachelor's degree is required.
- The role requires fluent English, Microsoft Office proficiency, and strong interpersonal and organizing skills.
- Strong Adobe Photoshop and SketchUp skills are required.
- Knowledge of MicroStation and GIS software is advantageous.
- Candidates should be able to communicate visual ideas, understand spatial relationships, and work independently or in a team.
Job Scope
Plan, design, and direct civil engineering and architectural work on manufacturing and plant projects.
Prepare preliminary design studies and architectural development designs, including electrical and plumbing layouts.
Design and Documentation
- Conceptualize preliminary architectural designs and produce final drawings using AutoCAD or MicroStation.
- Consider appearance, functionality, safety, cost, and user needs when designing structures.
- Prepare material take-offs, bills of quantities, plumbing and electrical layouts, technical correspondence, memos, scale drawings, and contract documents.
