- Inspect and monitor architectural works including finishes, ceilings, partitions, doors, and façade elements
- Verify compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and project quality standards
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project teams on site
- Review method statements, inspection test plans (ITPs), and material submittals
- Identify non conformances and ensure corrective actions are implemented
- Prepare inspection reports and maintain accurate site records
- Support quality assurance and health & safety requirements on site
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Architectural Inspector on large scale construction projects
- Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) registration – mandatory
- Proven experience on data centre, industrial, or mission critical projects is highly preferred
- Strong knowledge of architectural materials, construction standards, and inspection procedures
- Ability to work effectively in a fast paced site environment
- Good communication and reporting skills

Overview
- We are seeking an experienced Architectural Inspector to join a major data centre project located east of Riyadh.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all architectural works are executed in full compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and relevant codes and standards.
