We are currently seeking a dynamic, highly professional, and skilled **Arabic Speaking Patient Coordinator** to join our elite multidisciplinary team.

Job Overview

The Patient Coordinator will play a key role in managing patient relationships, ensuring consistent follow-up on treatment plans, and delivering an exceptional patient experience.

This role requires excellent communication skills, strong sales awareness, and the ability to build long-term patient trust and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Follow up with patients regarding ongoing treatments, including IV therapies, health screenings, wellness plans, and other services
  • Coordinate patient appointments and maintain regular communication throughout their treatment journey
  • Provide personalized support and answer patient questions professionally and empathetically
  • Promote additional relevant services and wellness programs through cross-selling and patient education
  • Track patient progress and ensure high levels of patient satisfaction and retention
  • Maintain accurate patient records and update CRM/systems accordingly
  • Collaborate closely with medical and administrative teams to ensure seamless patient care
  • Handle inbound and outbound patient calls in a professional manner

Requirements

  • Fluent in both Arabic and English (spoken and written)
  • Previous experience in patient coordination, customer service, healthcare, wellness, or sales is preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Confident speaking with patients over the phone and in person
  • Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to identify patient needs and recommend suitable services
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with CRM or clinic management systems is an advantage
