Role Overview
Join the reception team at Bedashing Beauty Lounge and support front desk operations, customer care, bookings, sales, and branch coordination.
Front Desk Operations
- Greet clients and inform technicians of their arrival and treatments.
- Maintain accurate branch communication and documentation.
- Manage cash, handle sales, and follow daily closing procedures.
- Provide customer service in person and over the phone.
- Follow front desk SOPs and maintain reception area standards.
Booking and System Management
- Schedule, confirm, and follow up on client appointments.
- Maintain accurate treatment and client records in the system.
- Manage therapists' schedules, leaves, and lunch breaks.
- Stay updated on pricing and promotions and follow money-handling SOPs.
Client and Team Interaction
- Handle client inquiries, complaints, and follow-up professionally.
- Promote services and products effectively.
- Support the Branch Manager with administrative tasks.
- Contribute to a positive team environment and maintain branch ambience.
