Apprentice Automotive Service Technician

Education: High school diploma or equivalent; technical school or automotive program background is an asset.

Experience: Minimum 3 years as an apprentice automotive technician.

Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to multitask, and professional communication.

License: Valid driver’s license (minimum G2).

Work Authorization: Legally authorized to work in Canada.

Location: Ability to commute to Mississauga.

Able to commit to a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week, including overtime based on business needs.

Communication: Frequent interaction with management and reconditioning teams.

Problem Resolution/Analysis: Identify workflow or repair issues and escalate when needed.

Team/Individual Contributor: Balance independent tasks with coordination of team activities.

Working Conditions: On-site role in a reconditioning facility.

Previous administrative or automotive support experience.

Familiarity with automotive repair terminology or shop operations.

Experience using scheduling, workflow, or task management tools.
