Provide application support, troubleshooting and maintenance for enterprise applications and systems.
Investigate and resolve incidents, defects and production issues including root-cause analysis and problem resolution.
Monitor application performance, availability and reliability ensuring issues are resolved within agreed SLAs.
Support applications using C#, .NET, JavaScript, AngularJS, React, Node.js and AWS services including Lambda and CloudFormation.
Collaborate with development, infrastructure and business teams to deliver application improvements ensuring compliance with NSW Government ICT standards and best practices.
