Essential Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Exposure to ticketing solution management.
- Knowledge of API-related integrations and SQL skills to support business operations.
- Exposure to application development.
- 5 years of experience working with the EATEC, InfoGenesis, or a similar POS application in a functional or techno-functional role.
- Exposure to F&B or retail solution management.
- 3 years of experience managing the assigned application.
Desirable Requirements
- 3 years of experience within the leisure industry is desirable.
- 2 years of helpdesk experience is desirable.

Responsibilities
- Manage ticketing solutions and F&B or retail applications.
- Provide functional or techno-functional support for EATEC, InfoGenesis, or a similar POS application.
