Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
- Experience managing ticketing solutions.
- Knowledge of API-related integrations.
- SQL skills to support business operations.
- Exposure to application development.
- Five years working with EATEC, InfoGenesis POS, or a similar platform in a functional or techno-functional role.
- Experience managing F&B or retail solutions.
- Three years managing the application assigned to the role.
Desirable Qualifications
- Three years of experience within the leisure industry.
- Two years of helpdesk experience.
