Required Profile
- The required profile combines ticketing management and F&B/retail application management.
- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required.
- Ticketing solution management exposure is required.
- Knowledge of API-related integrations is required.
- SQL skills are required to support business operations.
- Application development exposure is required.
- At least 5 years of experience with EATEC/InfoGenesis POS or a similar application in a functional or techno-functional role is required.
- F&B or retail solution management exposure is required.
- At least 3 years of experience managing the assigned application is required.
Desirable Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in the leisure industry is desirable.
- At least 2 years of helpdesk experience is desirable.
