About the Role

Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot production issues from application codes independently
- Analyze production issues using monitoring tools like AppDynamics and ELK
- Provide application support and maintenance
Requirements
- Hands on experience with Core Java and Java EE technologies (JDBC, JMS, JNDI)
- Good understanding and hands on knowledge of IBM WebSphere administration and deployment
- Awareness of AWS cloud components and CI/CD deployment framework
- Experience in log analysis and application troubleshooting
- Experience on UNIX/Linux operating systems with basic shell scripting
- Knowledge of RDBMS databases (Oracle) and experience writing SQL queries
- Good understanding of MQ and its operation
- Basic knowledge of infrastructure components (Firewall, Load balancer, Kong, Routes)
- Ability to troubleshoot production issues from application codes independently
- Experience with monitoring tools like AppDynamics, ELK
- Flexibility to work on shifts
- Good verbal/written communication skills

Requirements

- Prior experience in application support will be an added advantage
- Resource should be flexible to work on shifts
