Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot production issues from application codes independently
- Analyze production issues from monitoring tools like AppDynamics and ELK
- Perform log analysis and application troubleshooting
- Work with IBM WebSphere administration and deployment
- Utilize AWS cloud components and CI/CD deployment framework
- Write SQL queries and scripts for Oracle databases
- Work on shifts as required
Requirements
- Hands on experience with Core Java and Java EE technologies (JDBC, JMS, JNDI)
- Good understanding and hands on knowledge of IBM WebSphere administration and deployment
- Awareness of AWS cloud components and deployment framework through CI/CD pipeline
- Experience in log analysis and application troubleshooting
- Experience on UNIX & Linux operating systems with knowledge of basic shell scripting
- Knowledge of RDBMS databases (Oracle) with experience in writing SQL queries and scripts
- Good understanding of MQ and its operation
- Basic knowledge of infrastructure components (Firewall, Load balancer, Kong, Routes)
- Ability to troubleshoot production issues from application codes independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to analyze production issues from monitoring tools like AppDynamics, ELK
- Flexibility to work on shifts
- Good verbal/written communication skills
