This role requires a proactive approach to identifying problems, analyzing system behavior, and ensuring smooth operation of critical applications. The position demands continuous monitoring, collaboration with different teams, and delivering timely solutions to maintain system reliability and performance in a dynamic business environment. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality of business systems. - Document and communicate findings and resolutions clearly to stakeholders and team members. - Assist in the development and improvement of support processes and tools to enhance service delivery. - Provide guidance and support to junior team members to foster knowledge sharing and skill development. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Tagetik Planning Budgeting and Forecasting. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities related to application support and troubleshooting. - Experience with monitoring and diagnosing issues in complex software environments. - Ability to work with multiple system components and understand their interdependencies. - Effective communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Familiarity with business process workflows and their impact on software performance.
