Revised Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 5 years of experience in software development, system integration, database design, and back-end architecture.
• Bachelor’s degree (B.E./B.Tech) in relevant fields such as Computer Science, or a Master’s degree/Diploma in Computer Science.
• Strong programming experience in Python with expertise in developing scalable applications, APIs, data processing solutions, and enterprise integrations.
• Experience with AWS cloud services such as Lambda, ECS, Fargate, S3, DynamoDB, IAM, CloudFormation, and other cloud-native technologies for building secure and scalable solutions.
• Candidates should possess expertise in either of the following tracks : Full Stack Development: Python, Angular, REST APIs, microservices architecture, and cloud-native application development. Data Engineering: Python, PySpark, data pipelines, ETL/ELT development, data processing frameworks, and cloud-based data solutions.
• Experience with database design, SQL development, performance optimization, data modeling, and troubleshooting complex application or data issues.
• Hands-on experience with source control, DevOps, and CI/CD tools such as GitHub, Bitbucket, Bamboo, and automated testing methodologies (TDD/BDD).
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA and Confluence, with a focus on continuous improvement and efficient delivery practices.
• AWS Cloud Practitioner or other AWS certifications are preferred.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across business and technology teams .
