About the Role

Responsibilities
- Provide production support, troubleshooting, and maintenance
- Resolve issues promptly by following Standard Operating Procedures
- Handle mission critical tasks within the production environment
- Collaborate with L3 engineering teams to address incidents and defects
- Develop and maintain SQL and script monitors to enhance monitoring capabilities
- Conduct root cause analysis for defects reported by partners and customers
- Offer application support in both SaaS and On Premise environments
- Available to work during nights and weekends for continuous support
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science
- Minimum 3 years prior experience in a Production Support role
- Experience with Windows and Linux Administration
- Experience with Unix commands and basic scripting (Shell, Python)
- TCP/IP Network troubleshooting and support
- Strong knowledge of SQL/NoSQL
- Knowledge of Grafana, Kibana or equivalent monitoring tools
- Strong knowledge of Tomcat stack (Apache, HTTPS, SSL)
- Good working experience with Java, Microservices
- Familiarity with Docker/Kubernetes
- Knowledge of Git, RPM, Rancher, Docker Hub
- Previous experience in a customer facing role

Requirements
- Language: English (Required), Korean/Arabic (Preferred)
- Bachelor's degree, preferably Computer Science, and minimum 3 years prior experience in a Production Support role.
- Experience with Windows and Linux Administration.
- Experience with Unix commands and basic scripting (Shell, Python).
- TCP/IP Network troubleshooting and support, including DNS, DHCP & HTTP protocols.
- Taking thread dumps, analyzing them for potential issues.
- Microsoft Azure or Google Cloud Platform experience.
- Understanding of cloud computing concepts and technologies.
- Strong knowledge on SQL/NoSQL (writing query, Joins, View, query explain etc).
- Knowledge on Grafana, Kibana or any equivalent Monitoring tool (AppD, Splunk).
- Strong knowledge on Tomcat stack (Apache, https, SSL).
- Good working experience with Java, Microservices.
Working Conditions
- Expected Date of Recruitment: ASAP (Negotiable)
- Salary depending on experience and skills.
- Term of the Contract: 2 years (can be extended).
- Working Hours: 5 Days (8 hours a day).
- Annual leaves as per UAE Labor law.
- Severance payment as per UAE Labor law.
