- Strong analytical and presentation skills
- English proficiency is mandatory
- Understanding of Qatar/GCC work environment and culture is a plus

- This role is designed for a developer who excels in technical execution while deeply understanding the functional logic of HR and Payroll cycles.
Responsibilities

Qualifications

- Ability to work with key stakeholders and senior management.
- English proficiency is mandatory; Arabic is a significant advantage.
- Understanding of Qatar/GCC work environment and culture is a plus.
Required Skills
- PL/SQL: Advanced programming and troubleshooting.
- Oracle Application Framework (OAF): Strong technical development and extensions.
- Oracle Workflow: Expert level customization and maintenance.
- Functional Expertise: Deep, practical knowledge of Oracle HR and Payroll processes is essential.
