Responsibilities
- Analyses customer business processes and functional requirements.
- Translates requirements into technical specifications within defined frameworks.
- Develops and configures customised ERP modules and integrations.
- Supports testing and validation of customised solutions.
- Explains technical practices and procedures to internal and external stakeholders.
- Escalates complex issues to senior team members.
- Checks systems and processes and recommends adjustments to improve effectiveness.
- Solves routine technical problems using prior experience and available guidance.
- Proposes solution improvements for review by senior colleagues.
- Provides informal mentorship and day to day support to less experienced team members.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- Experience in ERP customisation, application development or system integrations.
- Practical knowledge of ERP modules, business workflows and technical configuration.
- Ability to work independently on assigned tasks within established frameworks.
- Clear communication skills with customers and internal teams.
- Ability to identify and propose improvements to development processes.
- Education and experience in software development, information systems or a related field.
