API Consultant

· Solid technical and analytical skills, ability to break down complex problems and a dogged desire to solve them

Our consultants often work as Architects, Developers and Support Engineers delivering effective technical solutions to our rapidly growing customer base, ensuring an exceptional customers success and satisfaction rate.

· Quickly gain expertise on the designated API technology platforms such as Apigee / Akana / Tyk, API management concepts and customer deployment environments.

· Sometimes handle multiple customer projects including problem solving and documentation.

· Apply advanced troubleshooting techniques (debug and diagnose) on critical, highly complex problems that span multiple layers of the technology stack.

· Clearly and frequently communicate with customers and keep them updated on technology issues.

· Maintain and track detailed records for all customer interactions in our internal ticketing system.

· Identify and recommend process improvements to deliver the highest level of customer satisfaction.
