This role will face the unique challenge of navigating regional complexity and cross-functional stakeholder management in the Asia Pacific (APAC) logistics landscape. You will be responsible for implementing the business strategy with a short to mid-term focus, ensuring that the Sydney-based APAC logistics team can support the APAC sales region's vision and growth aspirations.

Required Skills:
Demonstrated expertise in logistics and supply chain management, including end-to-end supply chain processes, inventory management, transportation management, and warehousing.
Proven track record of managing logistics operations in a fast-paced environment, with experience working with external partners and using logistics technology to optimize business performance.
Extensive experience working with an ERP system, ideally SAP
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Extensive people management experience and leadership skills
Desired Skills
Demonstrated experience in continuous improvement in warehousing and distribution environment
Experience with SAP S4 Hana applications, especially the demand management, inventory & logistic modules
Exposure to freight management
