Overview
- Responsible for routine and breakdown maintenance of online/process analyzers and analyzer sampling systems to ensure accurate, reliable, and safe plant operation in Oil & Gas facilities.
- Routine inspection, calibration, testing, and maintenance of online analyzers
- Troubleshooting of analyzer faults, signal issues, and communication errors
- Maintenance of Gas Chromatographs (GC), H S, O , Moisture, pH, Conductivity, and Hydrocarbon analyzers
- Inspection and maintenance of analyzer shelters, sample conditioning systems, probes, filters, regulators, and tubing
- Support during commissioning, startup, shutdown, and turnaround activities
- Analyzer loop checking, verification of analyzer signals to DCS/PLC systems
- Handling calibration gases, span/zero checks, and analyzer documentation
- Maintain maintenance logs, calibration records, and work permits
