Overview
Responsible for warehouse operations including receiving, storage, dispatch planning, material control, team supervision & ERP documentation.
Daily warehouse operations management & supervision of storekeepers & helpers
Receiving, inspection & issuing of materials as per project requirement
Planning & scheduling material movement and logistics coordination
Maintain stock levels, monitoring shortages and overages
Approve material requests (MR) and validate GRN/PO documentation
Ensure safety procedures & warehouse rules
Prepare daily, weekly & monthly inventory reports
Organize annual stock audit & verification
Ensure availability of consumables & critical spares
Manage warehouse space optimization & equipment handling
