The role requires utilizing various analytical tools and techniques to analyze client, market, and key performance data. This process supports enhanced decision-making and strategic planning by transforming complex data into actionable intelligence. The position demands continuous engagement with evolving data sets to identify trends and patterns that drive business value and support organizational goals. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Lead the development and implementation of innovative analytical approaches to address complex business challenges. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and skill development within the team to foster a collaborative and high-performing environment. - Support junior professionals by providing guidance and mentorship to enhance their technical and analytical capabilities. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BTP Datasphere. - Strong expertise in data modeling, data integration, and data management within cloud-based platforms. - Experience in designing and implementing scalable data solutions to support advanced analytics and reporting. - Ability to work with large and complex data sets to extract meaningful insights and support business objectives. - Familiarity with data governance, data quality standards, and best practices in data security. - Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering practical and efficient solutions.
