Position and Location

Analytics Operations Engineer / Production Operations Engineer.

The position is available in Gurgaon or Kolkata.

This is a full-time permanent position.

Education

BTech or BS degree in computer science, mathematics, engineering, or a related technical field.

Job Summary

Own the day-to-day performance, stability, and continuous improvement of platforms spanning performance management, configuration management, revenue assurance, and business analytics.

Act as the bridge between system operations and engineering by identifying issues, driving fixes, and ensuring reliable operation at scale.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor performance and identify operational issues before they affect the business.
Troubleshoot incidents and partner with engineering teams on root-cause analysis.
Define operational priorities aligned with business and technical objectives.
Implement operational improvements, process redesign, and automation.
Assess impacts of system changes, failures, and deployments.
Maintain operational standards, procedures, and compliance requirements.
