Job Summary

Full-time permanent position for an Operations Engineer.

Own the day-to-day performance, stability, and continuous improvement of platforms spanning performance management, configuration management, revenue assurance, and business analytics.

Act as the bridge between system operations and engineering to identify issues, drive fixes, and maintain reliable platforms at scale.

The role is listed in Gurgaon or Kolkata.

Education and Experience

BTech or BS in Computer Science, Math, Engineering, or a related technical field.
4–7 years of experience supporting complex, production-grade systems.
Hands-on experience managing complex application deployments.
Experience with high-volume file mediation systems.

Required Skills and Competencies

Production operations, Linux, networking, troubleshooting, Oracle, SQL Server, and Windows Services.
Solid Linux experience, with system administration background advantageous.
