Core Responsibilities

• Monitor performance, identify operational issues, troubleshoot incidents, and partner with engineering on root-cause analysis.
• Define operational priorities and implement process redesign and automation improvements.
• Assess the impact of changes, failures, and deployments across the platform.
• Maintain operational standards, procedures, and compliance requirements.
• Produce operational reporting from performance and engineering data trends.
• Own backups, release testing, upgrade deployments, and Docker environment support.
