  • PepsiCo Canada Breuvages a un poste d’analyste des ventes à pourvoir dans son équipe des ventes de détail pour soutenir l’équipe nationale Sobeys.
  • PepsiCo Beverages Canada has an opening on the Retail Sales Team for a Sales Analyst – Supporting the Sobeys National Team.
  • The Sales Analyst will assist the Sales team on internal and external deliverables to help achieve PBC volume, profit and share targets for both DSD & DWD businesses.

Responsabilités / Responsibilities

  • Primary support of Sobeys Full Service, Foodland, IGA West and Thrifty banners (DSD & DWD)
  • Financial & reconciliation support including trade spend management & deductions, contract entry, business reviews, period end reporting, TPM, Merch maps and commentary input.
  • Management of Circana data and Sobeys Portal.
  • Sales support including, post game analytics, distribution of priority brands, and key insights to improve performance against core goals.
  • Monthly performance review and key trend identification delivered to Senior Key Account Manager
  • Provide category analysis support and assist with building quarterly (QBP) & annual account sales plans (CAPS)
  • TPM & Prosper Management. Support of DSD & DWD for Sobeys, including Forecasting, Pricing and all aspects included.
  • Listing innovations through SPAL Sobeys platform.
  • Builds effective relationships supporting business growth and customer development.

Qualification / Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business/Finance or related discipline
  • Solid understanding of category, customer, consumer and competitive activity with ability to integrate knowledge into a compelling sales story.
  • Strong bias towards action.
  • Strong team building/collaborative relationship skills, given interaction with key business stakeholders.
  • Confidence in customer facing and influence leadership situations.
  • Solid project/time management capabilities.
  • Strong analytical and management skills to understand market performance and identify opportunities and map action plans.
  • Strong competency and knowledge in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, along with demonstrated computer literacy and application.

  • At times, expanded time requirements outside of the normal work week to deliver within deadlines
  • Knowledge of tools and technology supporting the business
