Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in IT, business administration, or equivalent
- 5 years of relevant experience (or 7 years with DEC and certificate)
- Excellent knowledge of French (spoken and written)
- Good knowledge of English (spoken and written)
- Knowledge of ERP and CRM software
- Knowledge of MS Office
- Knowledge of project management methodology (PMBOK is an asset)
- Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma (a plus)

Description
- TEHORA is looking for an IT Business Analyst with excellent technical skills and knowledge to join a versatile team.

- Analyze and evaluate business needs, diagnose problems, and establish documented recommendations.
- Write and evaluate requirements for IT project portfolio.
- Conduct impact or feasibility studies.
- Write functional and business analysis documents.
- Document business processes for automation (current and target processes).
- Coordinate projects using project management templates (charter, status reports, plan).
- Train internal clients on new features and systems.
- Respond to development or correction requests of medium complexity.
- Guide development teams in their analyses; be the functional reference in the project team.
- Configure systems under responsibility.
- Guide solution testing with internal clients; lead migration and post implementation phases.
- Support change management with business departments.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in IT, business administration (IT option) or equivalent university program and 5 years of relevant experience.
- OR College diploma (DEC) and 30 credit certificate in business administration or equivalent and 7 years of relevant experience.
Compétences Techniques
- Very good knowledge of French (spoken and written).
- Good knowledge of English (spoken and written).
- Good knowledge of ERP and CRM software.
- Knowledge of Ungerboeck, MS SharePoint, MS SQL (an asset).
- Knowledge of MS Office.
- Knowledge of Visio (a plus).
- Knowledge of project management methodology (PMBOK, an asset).
- Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma (a plus).
