Analyst Procurement - Mechanical Operations

Position Overview

Schedule

• The role operates on a Wednesday to Sunday schedule to provide procurement support aligned with operational requirements.

Position Accountabilities

• Manage a procurement portfolio and monitor inventory levels to achieve annual inventory targets.
• Monitor the Material Requirements Planning queue, issue purchase orders, and fulfill stock using minimum and maximum levels.
• Determine optimal inventory levels based on forecasts, demand variation, and material lead times.
• Maintain material master data governance and complete minimum and maximum reviews.
• Support customer material requests and coordinate rush requirements.
• Expedite open purchase orders and stock transfer orders through material receipt.
• Provide end-user support and training on sourcing-to-pay processes.
• Communicate with suppliers about costs, quality, quantity, and on-time delivery performance.
